Soul Awakening: The Path to Higher Consciousness

Rev. Joya Sosnowski // Vibolgie Episode 119

Send us a text

The frequency of our planet is rising. The Schumann resonance fluctuates, the magnetic field weakens, solar cycles intensify—even the sun has changed color from yellow to white. As Earth ascends to a new vibrational octave, we're called to ascend with her. But what does this mean for you, the initiate, the one who feels that persistent calling toward something greater?

In this soul-stirring exploration, I delve into the unmistakable signs that you're being spiritually initiated. Whether you've felt like an outsider your entire life or experienced catalytic moments of loss that cracked open your identity, these aren't random experiences—they're sacred invitations. I share deeply personal stories, including powerful synchronicities with the number 14 that connect me to my late son Weston, demonstrating how the universe speaks to awakening souls through symbols and meaningful coincidences.

The journey isn't easy. Your ego—that protective but limiting identity—fights savagely against transformation, using tactics like denial, doubt, delay, and even spiritual inflation to maintain control. I map out the soul spiral of awakening from the first stirrings of dissatisfaction through shattering, seeking, death/rebirth, integration, and finally, illumination. This isn't about becoming someone new but about letting go of who you've never truly been.

Most excitingly, I reveal what awaits on the other side of this transformation: living in gamma consciousness brings effortless presence, rapid manifestation, heightened perception, and synchronicity as your new normal. Emotions flow without defining you. Creativity becomes direct revelation. Your very presence becomes a healing field for others. This isn't escaping your human experience—it's transfiguring it into something magnificent.

Ready to transform your awakening from a personal journey into planetary service? Your vibration matters more than you know. The question isn't whether you're called—it's whether you'll answer.

Joya:

Hello, beautiful lights and souls, reverend Joya, with Vibology here, and who are we in it? It is just after the full moon in Scorpio and I was in Sedona for that and attended a beautiful fire ceremony singing, drumming and being with another small group of women actually initiating my new medicine drum. And since that time, since this weekend, I have been in such a deep process that I want to talk about spiritual awakening and I've been really stepping into and feeling who I'm called to serve. And, especially since Weston's passing, I just have this strong sense of there's just no time to waste for me. There's just no time to waste, and I felt this answer come like a thundering thunder from the clouds, that I want to work with those who are initiated, those who feel called, those who are initiated, those who feel called and that, having done this work myself already for the past 10 years, that I'm pretty far on this track, and not that it's any place to get to, so much as it's. You keep ascending these mountains of self, only to get to the top and realize there's another mountain waiting. So, as I sit and pause on the mountain that I'm on, this is who I've decided I want to work with. Because we leave breadcrumbs as we go along and as I've been seeking a new mentor for myself, because my mentor that I had for years passed away at the age of 85 a couple of years ago, I have now really seriously started asking for a new mentor. Because this is the wisdom years and I'm just entering the wisdom years at the age of 54 in a couple of weeks that I'm like, wow, in the in the realm of wisdom years, I'm just barely starting. So it's like starting over. I'm a baby in the wisdom years and yet I have accumulated and gained so much wisdom through this process of being initiated and answering that calling and since Weston passed, that calling has only gotten stronger to take it more and more and more seriously Like there's just no more time to waste, there's no more time to indulge the fallacies of my ego, like I just don't want to do it. It doesn't feel good anymore.

Joya:

And now on our planet we are undergoing a planetary shift. The planetary field is rising in frequency, literally it's vibrationally happening and it is scientifically measurable through the Schumann resonance fluctuations. The magnetic field is wakening, as we know, and our solar cycles are intensifying and these light codes are coming in from the sun. And I don't know if you've noticed, but the color of the sun changed last year. It's much more of a white light than it is yellow now. So planet earth, mama Gaia, as a conscious being, is ascending herself. She's recalibrating and she's upgrading to a whole new vibrational octave. And as she upgrades to a whole new vibrational octaves and we are the cells within the body of this planet we are also ascending and our collective human consciousness is totally being pressed open right now. You can see how it's being pressed and it's a pressure that so many people are feeling.

Joya:

But some of us can see the chaos outside of us and we can see the matrix for what it is. We can see through the illusions, we can see through the clown show and we can see that the structures that are in control and in power, are fighting to stay in control and in power, and we see that the greatest revolution that there could possibly be is awakening ourself to the true nature of our being, which is love. And love is what the divine nature of the universe is. And I'm sorry, my dog is snoring. You could probably hear her in the background here. She's a snory dog, she's a little old lady. She's looking at me, so if you hear my dog snoring in the background, that's just Nama Nama snoring. So spiritual awakening is no longer a personal indulgence, it's really a planetary inevitability. And for us to say yes to this, calling those of us who have already said yes, who are the initiated, who are the initiates who are choosing to awaken our spiritual technology inside of us. This podcast, my work, is for you because we want to go back into coherence with our divine nature.

Joya:

So some of us have always felt a deep, aching longing inside of us, like a feeling of homesickness, for something that you just can't explain or you sense, and have always seen the falseness of the surface world but just didn't have the words for it. You didn't fit in in school, you didn't fit in in your family, you don't fit in with society. You're just weird and weird is good. Suffering that have broken open all of the crust around our hearts, all of the armor we've built around ourselves, that our ego built to keep us safe. We don't want to be safe anymore and a lot of us carry these dreams, these visions, these callings that we're wanting to answer, even if we don't know what they are. We just feel it. We can hear it like a far off echo in a canyon. That's like calling our name and we could just hear this little remnant of our name being called as we turn our head going. I could hear it, I could feel it, I know it. It's vibrational. And for those of us saying yes to this, those of us who are doing the deeper work, stepping into this alignment, I just want to say how much I admire your strength and your courage, because I know firsthand this is not easy. Midwifing the new earth requires that we have to midwife a new self. We have to rebirth ourselves, and birth is freaking messy.

Joya:

How do you know if you're called? How do you know if you're initiated? What are the signs? Well, one of them is that we have this. If you haven't always felt called your whole life, which? Those are those.

Joya:

There are those of us who have felt that, who have experienced that, and I'm one of those people. Since I was a little girl, I have felt called, but I didn't know who was calling, and I thought that the calling was coming from somewhere outside of me, and so I sought externally for this answer who's calling me? Who's calling me? And in doing so I gave away my power over and over and over again to the wrong people. But once I started realizing that that calling was coming from inside of me, that it was the self I buried, that it was the true self that I buried when I was just a little girl, because I figured she was dangerous or I figured she needed to be kept safe from the cruel world I was growing up in. So I buried this part of myself to keep her safe. And maybe you buried that part of yourself to keep her safe, or maybe you buried that part of yourself because you judged her and became afraid of her, or maybe it's both. And so some of us have felt this calling our whole life and wasted our time giving our power away or running from this feeling, this calling.

Joya:

But then there are those of us who feel this awakening. That happens because we experience a massive disruption in the status quo of our ego. The illusion of safety, the illusion of control gets completely shattered, and that happens through death, betrayal, diagnosis and loss. It's this catalytic moment of loss, death, disillusionment, that cracks open our old identity. Or again that cracks open our old identity, or again. We have always felt that uncontrollable longing for something deeper, higher and truer, and the older that we get, the more this longing becomes stronger and we are no longer satisfied with the desires of the ego, the longings of the soul for purpose, for meaning, for impact, for satisfying whatever this energy is that is seeking the fullness of expression through us. That is what we want to satisfy, not these desires of the ego that want a nicer car, that want a bigger house, that want to be thinner, that want this, that want that. Those things are great on the surface level, but I know a lot of people who have attained all the things that they thought they wanted and they feel more empty than ever, and maybe you're one of those people.

Joya:

We start having these dreams and synchronicities and signs that become way too meaningful to ignore. Like you would have to be a fool to negate the divine in saying it's coincidence. And for me, for example, that number is 14. I see it everywhere and now it's become a symbol for Weston and I had the most profound experience over this weekend in Sedona with the number 14. I could not believe it.

Joya:

And just to give you an example to share how powerful these sign, symbols and synchronicities are, it was Mother's Day and I went with a girlfriend to Sedona because I knew Mother's Day was going to be really hard. Girlfriend to Sedona because I knew Mother's Day was going to be really hard and we stretched time. We did so many things and we were going to go to our Airbnb earlier in the day, but we wound up not getting there until about 1030, almost 11 o'clock at night. And when we get there, I go into my room. Actually, I was going to go into the first room but something pulled me to the other room and I went in there and it was a Mother, mary, mary Magdalene and Yeshua room. I was like, are you kidding me right now?

Joya:

So then my girlfriend and I go to the bookshelf to peruse the books and there's a bookshelf full of spiritual books and self-growth books, and so I grab a book off the shelf because of the title. Beautiful Tragedy is the name of this book. So I pick up this book and it's written by a mother who lost her 18 year old son to a drug overdose. And I'm thumbing through this book crying and I see a note folded up inside of this book. So we open the book, we open the note and it just says debt at the top of it debt. And then it says mortgage, car, motorcycle credit card with some numbers written. I looked at my girlfriend, she looks at me, and we decided to total up the numbers and the number equaled 14. I could not believe it. I even have a tattoo on my arm that says Momulus 14. It is the symbol of Weston for me, so I would never call that a coincidence. That was a definite sign.

Joya:

And so maybe those things are happening to you too, where you're experiencing these things, that there's just no way it's a coincidence and you know it. The next way you know you're initiated and you're having this calling is that you have a growing intolerance for falsehood in yourself, especially in yourself, in others and in the systems, and intolerance doesn't mean that you are angry, so much as that. You're now seeking a new way to express and live your own life, because what you have control over first and foremost is you, and so this growing intolerance for falsehood inside the self means that you're coming into alignment, and you're coming into an alignment with your soul and what your soul wants for you, which means you stop doing the things that insult your soul, and you know what those things are and they're different for all of us and you know because they make you freaking miserable after you do them. They're all of the ways that you numb out, distract yourself, check out of what you know is calling you forward. You might also feel an inner tearing happening between who you thought you were and who you are becoming, and this inner tearing is very real because we have a system inside of ourselves called the default mode network in our brain that tells us who we think we are, and as we start to question who we think we are and we start to change who we think we are, this default mode network freaks out, as does our ego. But wait, this is who I am. Who will I be without this thing? You know, and as I'm coming up on a year now of not drinking alcohol, it's just so amazing to me that there was a time in my life where alcohol ruled my life and the thought of giving up alcohol seemed really difficult. And now it just seems so funny to give my power away to anything outside of me. But that very real tearing happens between letting go of those things and who you think you were, which goes back to that intolerance for falsehood in yourself. And as you give up those false things to stand in the light of who you truly are, this is where that inner tearing begins to happen. So you start to hear I call it the music beneath the music where you start to sense beauty and divinity and meaning, even when life looks chaotic.

Joya:

And this awakening in ourselves is not about becoming someone new, it's not about ascending and getting off the planet, but it's about not being who you're not anymore. It's about letting go of all of the false conditioning, the false self that you are not anymore. It's so beautiful and there are maps to becoming, but if you're a human being you are on a spiritual journey. And I recently had somebody say I am not on a spiritual journey and I don't want to be on a spiritual journey. And I said spiritual journey and I don't want to be on a spiritual journey, and I said well, you're on one anyway, because you're a soul in a human body, here, on spaceship, earth, traveling through this matrix of reality that we've created here, this false construct of reality that is not real at all, and it's just so beautiful to go through this awakening process. I mentioned that the mind and the ego will fight your awakening because they are your survival mechanisms and they exist to preserve your identity and to protect you. And when awakening stirs you, the ego really does experience it as a death, because it is the death of the ego as the master of yourself. And so you'll start telling yourself these stories.

Joya:

The ego is very tricky and we have to learn how to notice when the ego is tricking us. It might say like, oh, I'm fine, I don't need to wake up, this is just all there is. Like, oh, I'm fine, I don't need to wake up, this is just all there is. I just want to stay in this mode of working and buying stuff and Netflix and chilling and having drinks and whatever else I'm doing. I don't want to disrupt this pattern because I know what to expect.

Joya:

The brain loves familiarity. It can also conjure up delay. I'll do this. When I have more money, more time, when I have less stress, it'll project itself this isn't me, it's my job, it's my partner, it's the world, it's everything outside of me. It's not me. It'll doubt. This is a strong one. What if I'm just making all of this up? What if this is all in my mind? What if I'm just trying to escape into fantasy? What if none of this is real? What if this is all there is? What if I waste my life chasing something spiritual and I never have fun again? What if there's no God? Doubt is such a strong one.

Joya:

The ego can also get defensive and become afraid, thinking that your spiritual awakening is dangerous. Or, of course, the ego's favorite distraction it loves to just keep you numbed out instead of feeling what needs to arise. Because that's what's the difficult thing about a spiritual awakening is that it is not a walk in the park. It is not easy and it is not for the faint of heart, because we have to come face to face with ourself in this process, and so that's one of the other things that the ego can do is that it can get spiritually inflated and go feel like, oh, I'm so spiritual, now I've made it. Look how awakened I am. I'm so much more awakened than those people. I'm a more awake than most people. If you're starting to have thoughts like that, rest assured that's your ego.

Joya:

Developing a spiritual ego and a spiritual costume is a costume that the ego loves to put on. And, of course, the egos, my ego in particular loves to self-sabotage. I'm just going to burn everything down before this can change me. And along with self-sabotage, after a self-sabotage episode, comes shame. And getting caught in that shame spiral feeds the ego, because now that's what you're thinking about and that's what you're feeling. It's such a hook, it's such a snag that keeps you stuck. And so it's so important to realize self-sabotage is a trap of the ego. It would rather make you feel miserable than lose its hook of what it perceives as safety.

Joya:

And there is a saying that says the ego will choose a familiar hell over an unfamiliar heaven. Change is hard, but it's only as hard as you make it to be that. It's just the mind tricking you, and you learn to separate yourself from that mind. I am not these thoughts, I am not my ego, I am not my story, I'm not my body. So who am I? The more we wrestle with it, the more we create something to wrestle with. And so we don't want to wrestle, we want to step out of the wrestling ring altogether and instead just look at it and say I see you and I'm going to do this anyway.

Joya:

And we can get to this point of life where we literally change our brainwave state. And so the first stage in the soul spiral of awakening is the stirring, which is the deep satisfaction where the longing arises. Our world just feels hollow and meaningless and we start to feel like this homesickness for something more. And we can stay in the stirring for a while because we can make. We can mistake the stirring to be that this job is not satisfying me, or my, my partner is not satisfying me, and so we go to seek a new one, and only to discover that, wherever you go, there you are, these patterns recycle and repeat until we start to go oh, maybe, maybe it's me, maybe I need to go inside to answer this call.

Joya:

And then, once we do that, the shattering occurs, which is this event could be external event or an inner collapse that shatters our old identity, and this is where the ego cracks, the heart starts to break open, and then we go seeking, and this is where the ego cracks, the heart starts to break open. And then we go seeking and this is where the soul starts to search. We read books, we look for teachers, we seek new practices, we go to retreats, we go traveling. There's a hunger to understand what's happening inside of us. There's a hunger to discover what this more is that we're seeking. That doesn't come from things and stuff, but we're still seeking. We're seeking it outside of us.

Joya:

But then comes the initiation, which is the first surrender, which is we begin to trust the unknown and the soul begins to enter into the mystery, where we just really say and admit and feel I don't know. And this is where the ego really starts to fight the hardest. And then we go through a death and a rebirth, and this is where we have a deeper ego. Death and this is where we have a deeper ego death. Our patterns that are old, our dreams that we had, the identities of who we thought we were, fall away, and in this space we can enter into deep silence, grief, and even a void may arise, because what was there isn't anymore and what's coming isn't here yet, and so we're in like this void, this vacuum space of I don't know yet, and it's the, it's the between what was and what is coming.

Joya:

But then we move into integration, and this is where the soul learns to walk in two worlds. We are both human and divine, and we begin to take on an embodiment of a new consciousness. And this phase repeats over and over and over again. Actually, all of these can, from death and rebirth on, and maybe even initiation, constantly being reinitiated as well. And then we always have to go through this process of death, rebirth and integration over and over again. And they begin to happen faster and faster which that's the good news as we embody new levels and new vibrations of consciousness.

Joya:

And then the great news is that we step into illumination, which is where light, literal light floods. Our being, our unity is tasted, our divinity, spirit, source, god, creator, whatever you want to call it, is no longer out there. It is very much alive inside of us. We feel it inside of us and we realize that how we live our life is the answer to our own prayer. How we show up is how we honor the divine, and we realize that this divinity that's in us is in all. There is no separation, and that's what that namaste means. The light in me sees the light in you, and this light is the ultimate reality, the ultimate truth that is always true, that ignites and lights all of us. It illuminates every life that exists on earth.

Joya:

And then the ultimate state of our awakening is when we start to live in a gamma state of being which is full coherence between our soul, our mind, our heart and our body. We are living as the axis mundi. The creation that we are, the creation that flows through us, becomes pure expression. And when we're living in these gamma brainwave frequency, we're in peak states of consciousness. We're primed for mystical experiences. We're primed for mystical experiences, unity, awareness. This is where miraculous healings occur. And we have this hyper coherence of body, mind, heart and soul, which means we have much faster experiences of synchronicity and what people would call miracles. And, as the way of mastery and course in miracles said, there is no order in the difficulty of miracles.

Joya:

Gamma living is literally living a resurrected life. It's not escaping our human experience but really literally transfiguring our human experience and living from a completely different place. You can feel life pulsing inside of you and for me it's the vibration of the Christic codes of unity, freedom and love, ultimate creator power, and it's just so beautiful. So what can you expect when you reach that state where you're living in the gamma frequency, in these higher levels of being? What does life look like when this is a new way of being, when you can return to that original blueprint of the soul? And this is what Yeshua and the Magdalene came to teach us Divine masculine, divine feminine unity consciousness within. And he came 2,000 years ago to teach love your neighbor as yourself. And the divine feminine frequency is here now to teach us. There is no other, just love, unity consciousness.

Joya:

So when you reach this new state of the future human who lives in this high state of gamma consciousness, you experience effortless presence. Time feels really spacious, even when you're busy, and every moment feels textured with richness in all of its simplicity and presence and awareness, present moment. Awareness doesn't become something that you practice anymore. It becomes your default setting, and my girlfriend and I that I went to Sedona with experienced this so powerfully on Sunday when I said we stretched time because we were present. We did so many things in one day that it was like wow, it feels like we've been here for a week.

Joya:

The second thing that happens is rapid manifestation, because you are now aligned in vibrational coherence with the field of reality, which is love, and the higher vibrational frequency you hold, carry and emit into the field, into alignment with creation. You are no longer emitting a consciousness field. That's at those lower, denser vibrations where you're creating chaos and you're stuck in patterns and you're stuck in do loops. You're always creating. I always want to say that, when I see these manifestations, learn to be a master manifester. I'm like you already are. It's more like learn how to stop creating what you don't want and learn how to start creating what you do want and don't create from want. Want implies you don't already have it, and that's what these levels of mastery are is that you know everything that you could possibly desire is only a thought away. So you notice these instant feedback loops where what you think, feel and choose really quickly manifests into your awareness, into your world, and alignment becomes the engine of your creation, not forcing things to happen. So you're not forcing anymore, you're not pushing forward, you're not going against the stream of life, trying to make things happen, you're flowing as life itself. And what's funny is like these master manifestation states, when you reach this high level of awakened mastery.

Joya:

It's no longer about creating stuff, and there's a story I love about a monk who, an initiate, went to his monastery to go live there and he says I want to manifest a Ferrari and a big house and that's why I'm coming here. And the master says then you'll be able to do those things. And then somebody says why did you tell him he'll be able to do those things? And he said because after he finishes 10 years being here with me, he won't want those things anymore. And that is very true. So the third thing that we'll experience is heightened sensory perception, meaning colors are more vivid, sounds sound deeper, more harmonic, and you can feel the energy behind people's words and behind their energy. You could feel the vibration of spaces and it becomes. You become very particular of where you invest your energy, where you invest your beingness, because you can feel everything so intensely. So you move from seeing a world of objects to really sensing the living field of the energies and the frequencies that are contained in everything.

Joya:

The fourth thing is that synchronicity becomes your new normal. Coincidences are magical alignments that happen constantly. You think of someone and they call you. You decide you want to do this and someone says, oh, you need to meet so-and-so, and that's exactly the person you need to meet. But we have to be open and aware and looking for these things to notice when they're happening in our life, and you will feel spoken to by life. Numbers, animals, songs, everything will start to be speaking to you, which is the reality actually of how the universe does work. But when we don't have the eyes to see and the ears to hear, we don't notice it. Everything becomes a mechanism of message delivery for you, a mechanism of message delivery for you, and you realize that your inner field and the outer field are one field. The illusion of separation vanishes and the universe stops being random and it becomes a mirror and you start to realize that you are a creator within this field and that you are so much more as a being of light than just your body.

Joya:

The fifth thing is that you will reach deep emotional stability. You'll still feel emotions, emotional waves will still arise. You're not numb. I mean, for instance, you know I'm in. I'm still in grief. I'll be in grief, I don't know, probably for the rest of my life and not having the physical presence of my son here. But these waves move through and they don't hook you. You just allow what to arise, what wants to arise, to arise and move through you as an energetic wave, rather than it defining who you are, and you don't tell yourself stories about them and you feel this underlying equanimity and I love the word equanimity which is like this and space. It's this peaceful space of being, like this unshakable ground that you're standing on, that's beneath all the feelings, like you're in the eye of a hurricane all the time not all the time, but when it arises you know what I mean and joy becomes less about excitement and it's more of a state of peace, wonder, reverent gratitude, where you just have this constant happy hum running you inside of your heart. So you feel everything, but you're not enslaved by it, you're not trapped by your feelings and emotions anymore.

Joya:

The sixth thing is that you experience compassion without compromise, meaning you love deeper than ever, you have more empathy, you have more care, but you don't sacrifice your soul to quote unquote save anyone, and you don't sacrifice your well-being on the altar of other people's approval anymore. You know we were talking about this. I was talking about this with my girlfriend that you know if her daughter feels uncomfortable around a particular friend, and so she told the particular friend that she cannot be there when her daughter's around. So she's honoring her daughter's emotions, where most people would teach their child to sacrifice how they feel, to honor this other person's feelings, so they don't look bad or make this other person feel bad. So we don't do that anymore. We honor what really truly matters to us and to the people that we love, and these boundaries that everybody talks about.

Joya:

Boundaries arise naturally. We don't have to have walls, we don't have to have anger, but they're just expressions of our own self-honor and our boundaries are for ourself. We are the ones who don't cross them, and if we don't cross our boundaries then other people certainly can't either. And you see the divinity and even the darkest parts of yourself and in others. You know that underneath all of the ego's BS which you know I have said a million times is your belief systems, that underneath all of that BS there's light, the same light, the same soul, the same divine energy in the one. That is the all. So you see that.

Joya:

And the seventh thing is enhanced healing capacities. Your body begins to heal faster because you are in coherence with wellness, with healing, with wholeness and your old traumas that used to use or once needed years of therapy or that were always there. I have to work through my traumas. You can now just release them by seeing them through breath, through sound, through witnessing, through crying, through experiencing the grief of them and letting them go, and you become a healing field for others. The more whole you become, the more coherent of a field you become, the more you vibrate out that coher field for others. The more whole you become, the more coherent of a field you become, the more you vibrate out that coherence to others. And the eighth thing is access to higher knowing. You just know we start to get access to our clairs, our extrasensory superpowers, that most of us have these abilities. We start to get faster downloads. Visions, ideas, these understandings, wisdom just pour into our awareness without us having to do anything, and creativity becomes direct revelation.

Joya:

Creativity is a path, it's a portal, and there are things that AI can't replace, and human creativity is one of them, which is why it's so important to step into those spaces where you can be in creativity in whatever form that looks like for you and for me, of course, it's sound making, music, drumming, intuitive voice, painting, dancing. There are so many ways to step into this feeling of creative flow. And I've often said that flow, stepping into the flow state, is the closest we actually get to God in the human body, because we are no longer thinking, we are no longer in time, and it becomes like something is moving us. And how many musicians, how many writers, how many chefs, how many painters have said I didn't do it, something moved through me and did it. And that's what I'm talking about. We move into these much higher states of being.

Joya:

So this is what's so beautiful about following the calling of a spiritual awakening. Is that? Yes, it's painful, yes, it's hard. Yes, it dismantles your life. Yes, you have to descend and ascend. Yes, it happens inside of your body. Yes, it's a destructive process, but on the other side of it. But on the other side of it, if we have the courage to go through the valley of the shadow of death, we come out on the mountain of light, joy, peace that surpasses understanding, knowing and living. A soul, aligned life, where our life is our prayer. Our breath becomes conscious, realizing that our breath is life and we create in this world, as it says, in the way of mastery, the good, the holy and the beautiful because you are creating as a force of love, and the quality of the divine nature of the universe is love, it's creation.

Joya:

So I love talking about these processes that I've mapped out here, as I've spent a lot of time writing this down and journaling it, and it's just so beautiful so you can ask yourself you know as you're ascending and as you're working and you're going through these things, where you are in this process and to love where you are in the process. That's what's so beautiful to work with women who are answering this initiation, answering this calling, walking this walk and sharing these talks, pointing the way, being a way shower. So until next week, beloveds, I invite you to join me online at vibologycom for a soul session or a sound bath or, of course, of course, to get on my mailing list to be notified when I launch the mystery school which is coming soon, which is going to cover each of these steps, walking you through them in a very powerful way. It's really beautiful. Thank you for doing the work.

Joya:

It's not easy, so I just want you to know you're not alone and we don't want to walk it alone. We want to be held in community, celebrated, seen, heard and loved for exactly who we are in our highest soul's expression, because that's how we're going to change this planet is by being the vibe we wish to see in the world, by having a coherent frequency that brings coherence into the world. So with that, I wish you a beautiful rest of your day. Thank you for listening and I'll see you next week. Thank you for listening to. We Woke Up Like this. Your likes, comments, subscribes and reviews are deeply appreciated. If you're interested in being on the show, please send an email to podcast at vibologycom. And until next time, remember your authentic frequency is the frequency that will change the world.
