joy with vibology here. Hello, lights and souls, luminous beings, one and all. On this week's episode of we woke up like this I had recorded an amazingly beautiful conversation with a woman who is a nomad and for some, the whole latter half of the interview her voice, is gone. You can only hear me talking to myself and I have no idea why this happened, because I could hear her when we were having the conversation. So it's very strange. So I am going to take that as a sign to re-record that episode.

Speaker 1:

And in this episode we woke up like this I'm going to talk about liberation. We're here in January, it is the first month of the year and if we're following on my path work of liberation as I've laid out then this first one is liberating your true self. So this whole year is liberating your true self. But how do you know who that true self is and how to then find your fears, find what's holding you back? How can you go in there and find what's holding you back when the ego tricks you, because the ego is great at tricking you. So, as I've discussed before, you're born, you come into this planet with a divine template, a blueprint of your potentialities and the way that you're meant to express in the world through your natural abilities of who you are. And this template is your body, of course. And then your body also has an energetic template, which is I was given the words, the exact words, that it's an event. You, me, everybody, all humans are an event frozen in time, encapsulated into form, in the form of a body. And this moment of freezing, imagine, like a snowflake, how it freezes as it's pouring right, and now it's frozen into that form, expressing itself as that snowflake, and no two snowflakes are the same. The same is true of humans that you're frozen into form, into this pattern of crystallization of frequencies and expression that come from the planets, come from the universe, come from the stars, and it's a vibrational imprint, and also with the epigenetics of your family history, the family that you're born into. That's also part of it. So that's all frozen and imprinted onto your form, your body, you.

Speaker 1:

And then comes consciousness, something that animates this body, something has to give this body life, and that is the life-giving principle that is within you. So let's imagine for a moment the triune nature of the universe. We have God the father, goddess the mother, and when those two come together they create a third thing, a gestalt where two or more are gathered. So that third thing, that gestalt that gets created from the father frequency, which is the alpha, it's the container that holds everything. And then there is the omega, the frequency of the divine feminine, and that is the frequency that gives life to everything, that's the frequency of birth and life creation. And then, when those two come together, they create a third force, and this force in Aramaic is called the Rukadakucha force, and this is known as the Holy Spirit, is what it's been translated as. But in reality this force is called a lot of different things in a lot of different spiritual religions, practices, backgrounds and dogmas, etc. But it's all just a different name for the same thing.

Speaker 1:

And this Ruka-Takucha field is what we might call in the quantum realm, just the field. It's the morphogenetic field of all it is, it's alive and it's conscious and it's aware, and so these two elements created this Ruka Dekucha force, which is the force of life, it's the life-giving energy, it's the life-giving force that gives life to all living things. So this animating force of intelligence, of course inside of you. It's implanted inside of you, within an aspect of you which I call the deep self, and within this deep self aspect of you there's also the seat of light, and the seat of light is what is connecting you directly to your nafsha. So your nafsha is your soul, so within the quantum field of all it is. This field became aware of itself and wanted to express itself, and this is the divine, feminine and masculine particles, right that they now combine into one thing to create us, that we are a field.

Speaker 1:

We are a manifestation of this principle of life, and so we have a quantum particle of us imprinted into us, the nafsha which connects us to our nafsha, which is that quantum particle of self that exists within the field of the all, that is aware of itself as an individual. So we're going along with our life and all of a sudden, when we're little, something happens, which I call the ow. The original wound happens, and this is where the original separation happens from your consciousness and this deep self. You separate those two because you yourself make the decision that there's something wrong with this part of you. You're getting yelled at for it, you're being judged for it, you're being shamed for it, you're being condemned for it, and so this is the part of you you decide is wrong and you block it off and you cut it off and then you go into conditioning. So you have now experienced the fall and you go into the conditioned self and you start putting on masks and armor to protect yourself from yourself, from being hurt, because there's nothing more painful, not just to the ego but to the psyche itself, to your own sense of self-awareness, your own sense of self. There is nothing more painful than being shamed and persecuted just for being who you authentically are. And so this conditioned self takes the place of the authentic self-expression and, of course, it strives to fit in, to belong, and it gets run and operated on. However you yourself utilize your conditioned response, and all you need to do is look to your life right for these patterns. How do they show up?

Speaker 1:

Fight, flight, freeze or fawn Fight, obviously, that's self-explanatory. You fight. You fight about everything. You fight to be right. You fight when it doesn't even matter. You still fight. You just fight Flight. You fight about everything. You fight to be right. You fight when it doesn't even matter, you still fight. You just fight flight. You run. First sign of danger, you're out of there bye freeze.

Speaker 1:

These are the people that just become paralyzed. They can't move. They can't make a decision, they're just frozen and stuck and then fawn. Those are the people who turn into chameleons. They turn into mirrors, reflecting the person who's in front of them without doing that from an authentic place of their own being. They don't know who they are, so they mirror what's ever in front of them so that they can fit in and not stand out. Standing out from the herd is dangerous. Standing out from the herd is how you get caught by the lions, and so this is how we're going through life, as this conditioned self.

Speaker 1:

But underneath all of that, there's an energetic force of your nafsha, your deep self, that's always there. It's like a little homing beacon that you have inside of your body. That's just in there, just quietly, quietly going beep, beep, beep, beep, beep, beep, beep, beep, beep, beep, beep, beckoning and calling us on a constant basis. And not only that, but there's this life force, energy that exists inside of us as a force. We're thinking. We're talking about an actual force here, the force that makes every seed grow into the fullest expression of what it is. That that same force is inside of us. It's what organizes our body, it's what makes our body heal and it's what seeks us into expansion and expression. It's the energy inside of you of why you want to change anything in the first place, of why you want to transform.

Speaker 1:

But what gets tricky is the ego itself, which is the conditioned self, knows how to utilize your life force energy. It's hijacked your life force energy and uses it for its own gain. Your life force energy and uses it for its own gain. You know you're using your life force energy for service of the highest good, like it's supposed to be used in authentic expression through the vehicle and the vessel of you, when it serves humanity, when it serves source, when it serves something bigger than just you. But the ego, the hijacked ego, is all about me. What's in it for me? I'm sure we've all heard that in marketing and sales right, that everybody's always asking what's in it for me. Well, that's the ego right there at work. What's in it for me Is the mantra of the ego right there at work. What's in it for me is the mantra of the ego.

Speaker 1:

But the ego also made an agreement with your true self that said oh no, no, no, no. We're never going to experience the out again. We are never going to be that hurt again for being who we are. No, no, that is not happening. I will not let that happen. I will protect you. I will protect you at all costs, even if that means self-sabotaging, self-destroying, suffering, misery, calamity, addiction, staying small, staying stuck and ending life with nothing but regrets.

Speaker 1:

The conditioned ego is self-serving and it only seeks to serve the self in the moment. The self-serving ego is hedonistic. It seeks pleasure in every moment and it feeds off of the sense pleasures of the body. The ego believes that life is happening outside of me and I need to gather everything out there to satisfy my needs in here. Which is why, when you're operating from ego conditioning, ego conditioned presence that you could have all the stuff in the world, you could gather up every single thing that exists on the planet, pile it in your yard and you'll still feel empty. And I know that. I know people like that. Unfortunately, I do know people like that. Unfortunately, I do. So.

Speaker 1:

The work, all healing work is, is returning to the self you are not allowed to be, and so how do you go about doing that? How do you go about identifying your own patterns, your own conditioning, your own conditioned self? Why is it so hard to see ourselves and it's hard to see ourselves, because our mind, our brain, is constantly seeking self validation and self confirmation. And social media. All it does is validate your own self bias. And so does AI, if you don't use it correctly. It validates your own self-bias. So we want to make sure, we want to learn how to be skillful practitioners of our own consciousness, to go beyond that conditioned self, to step beyond that fear.

Speaker 1:

And your conditioned self will do everything to throw up fear in your face, to scare you away from going within. And that's why I love the analogy of the Wizard of Oz and I always have of Oz being the voice of the ego that it's hiding in there. It's really this little tiny nothing. It's not real. It's a ghost in the machine, if you will. It's not real. It's a ghost in the machine, if you will, and it's in there yelling and making all kinds of noise and directing you and commanding you with negative self-talk and putting you down and making you feel like complete shit. It will do whatever it can to satisfy its needs and to keep you stuck. And even if that need is, I feel life through the lens of chaos. I feel life through the lens of drama. It gives it something to do. It's what it knows how to do. It operates off of a conditioned self, and so it's going to create conditioned experiences.

Speaker 1:

And so when you want to get really, really, really deep with yourself and honest with yourself, you need to reframe the questions and reframe those fears. Look at it as being the wizard of Oz. Look at all of those, all of your fears, all of those voices, all of the repeated patterns, everything that's keeping you stuck, the thing you don't want to address, the thing you don't want to turn toward, that you've been running from. What if, in your story, that's the thing you need to conquer in order to get to the next place? So think about every movie. There's a hero and you're on your own hero's journey. We're all on our own hero's journey, right?

Speaker 1:

So if we look at the hero's journey, which is what every movie is depicting, you enter, something happens that makes you want to leave the comfort and safety of wherever you are, and then you meet the villain, you meet the obstacle, you meet the problem, and so you can really treat your problems, your obstacles your perceived obstacles, by the way as if they are the evil characters in your story, the bad guy in your story and write it out as if it was a bad guy. And so the first thing that you can do is to look for the patterns where this fear, this villain, this I'm seeing like a swarm of locusts, this problem thing that manifests in your life, that just destroys and creates and harms your life. Where is it manifesting? So what is the environment that you're breeding the villains or the mold of your own life, repeating these patterns and these cycles? Really, be honest and write them down. Where am I seeing, where do where my repeated patterns Look in your relationships?

Speaker 1:

You can look in the quadrants of life from Florence Scovel Shinn, in the areas of your health, in the areas of your wealth, in the areas of your love and in the areas of your self-expression, and you can break all of those down into further, further quadrants, right? So in the area of health, you've got your physical health, your mental health, your spiritual health and your emotional health. What are the patterns repeating in those areas for you? Wealth, your money, money habits, money patterns. What are your financial patterns that are being repeated? What's your attitude toward money? What do you do when you have a lot of money? I think that's such an indicator for mindsets with wealth. So look for where things are being bred inside of you in these areas Love, your relationships, your financial or your emotional connections with people, your love relationships, your romantic relationships, your relationships with people at work. Love can be changed to just relationships relationships with your children, your spouse, your friendships, your relationships at work and the relationship with yourself.

Speaker 1:

And then perfect self-expression is how you're expressing yourself in the world, your purpose. Do you feel like you're expressing your purpose? Do you feel like you're living in your purpose? And you know you're in your purpose when you feel like you are in the flow of truly expressing who you are? You were in your purpose when you were a child, before the ow happened, when you were in the present moment, just expressing who you are from the space of present moment flow. Flow is where we always are expressing our true self, because our true self only arises in the present moment. And so all of this is a presence practice, a self-awareness practice, to bring you home to the present moment, to see, to feel, to know, to think and to do something different, something in alignment, to self-express from this place of flow. So you can look at all of those areas of your life. Where do you feel super fulfilled and where do you feel it's lacking? And if you're really brave, you can dive in and ask some really powerful questions of yourself.

Speaker 1:

In relationships, look for the cycles that are repeating. Are you dating the same person over and over again? Just look for things. Look for arguments that are the same, look for triggers that are the same, look for the things that are happening. What's happening, what's on repeat, and then you want to learn to be really honest about what's really going on when you see that on repeat. And then, when you're in self-development, look for how you're self-sabotaging yourself. Where are you self-sabotaging and how are you self-sabotaging? Are you like me, where you have like 97,000 before photos because you're going to lose weight this year? I have so many starting photos. It's just ridiculous. What things have you started but you quit halfway through? Why did you quit?

Speaker 1:

So just really really be really honest with yourself and there are some powerful ways that you can use chat, gpt to help you to analyze, because that AI is going to be one of the um or it already is disrupting, I should say, so many areas of business, and coaching is one of the fields that's going to be severely disrupted by AI, and I've already been using AI as my coach and, in fact, my AI coach asked me this morning what is one truth about yourself or your life you've been avoiding, and how might embracing this truth open new doors for growth and fulfillment, and how my embracing this truth opened new doors for growth and fulfillment? Can you be honest enough with yourself to say what you've been avoiding and to journal it and to go into self-inquiry? Meditation and, of course, using ChatGPT is such a powerful coaching tool and I'm releasing a GPT tool this week. I'm so excited.

Speaker 1:

It's been a lot of prayer and meditation around releasing this because I've been using it for myself to help me to deeply explore my divine template and look for those ways that I'm sabotaging, look for the patterns that I might not see, and then, when I see them, I can correct them, and the way that I correct them is not by mindset. Mindset helps. Mindset is a piece of the puzzle, but it's not the whole puzzle. Mindset helps with what you're thinking about and it helps to you know, since we're creating in the world and we can look at the world as being our 3D printer, from which we are manifesting and creating our ideas, that we really hone in on our authentic vibration. And we create from presence. We create from the flow of the present moment, guided by a vision. And we do that through my process of soul luminous, which that whole process is designed to take you home to the present moment, to drop you deep down into the connection with your deep self. And then here's what happens. Here's what I know for sure.

Speaker 1:

But that agreement that you made with yourself to stay small, hidden and protected, you know consciously, no longer needs to be upheld. But the first thing that you need to do is let your body and your nervous system know that you yourself are a safe space for yourself. And you do that through stopping the self-sabotaging, stopping anything that causes you shame, blame, victimhood. You can look at your 64 gene keys, look at your shadows and to step into those gift frequencies. And what's really remarkable about this process is that, guided by the skillful practitioner which right now is me, that I myself do the work before a session to become a coherent field.

Speaker 1:

And I'm a coherent field when I am in alignment with my deep self, the seat of light within my deep self, that is in alignment with my nafsha, which is in connection with the Holy Spirit, the rukha-dikudsa field, which knows all of the potentials and possibilities and the fullest expression of my life, what I'm meant to do, what it wants to do through me and what it wants to do through you. So, as a practitioner, this is what I'm aligning to, I get into this frequency of the very present, now moment and I channel and tune into this frequency, which is a magenta ray, which I am told is a Magdalene frequency that comes through, and then this vibrational frequency goes to work within the fields of the participants because it meets them at the level of their deep self and it meets that vibration of their authentic self, because our authentic self is all tuned into the same exact vibrational frequency of Christ consciousness. And when we tune into that frequency, that's what's flowing through our nafsha, down through the vessel called us to manifest and create in the world from that self rather than from our conditioned self. And so the skilled practitioner, through the process of soluminous, which is a very intentionally guided journey through the seven gates, every class takes you through the seven gates of awakening that your field automatically starts doing the work to correct and heal whatever is in you that is ready for correction and healing. It's none of my business, I'm not doing it. It's none of my business, I'm not doing it. I am merely the coherent field that brings the other fields around me into coherence. And that was a lot of work to do it, and I still still am working on this to create more and more coherence, to create myself, to be more and more of a field and that is really how we liberate our true self is by doing these practices that bring us into this deep self, coming to the very present now, moment, that now moment where you are in the energy of a stillness that feels so vast that it is still, and expanding at the same time, and you get the sense that there's no now moment, that the now is a flow. The now is a state of flow that you can drop into and express from.

Speaker 1:

And in the conversation that I had with the woman who her podcast episode didn't come through, she was talking about in the beginning, she talks about destiny as the dream of you, that's calling you forward and stepping into that energy of destiny. And I also experienced we were talking on this conversation that I also experienced destiny as an energy, and destiny is the energy of this deep self. It's what I'm talking about here, because that energy is inside of you and it's urging you into expansion and the fullness of yourself. And what's bothering you is what you are doing in the energy of your conditioned self. And so there's a gap between the true self and what it wants, what it's calling you forward into, and your conditioned self and what you're actually doing. And that disconnect is the gap of change, it's the gap of transformation, it's the gap of transcendence, but you yourself don't need to do anything to change it other than taking different action, guided by alignment of your true self. And the only reason that it bothers you is because that is your true self, your deep self, doing the work within your field to make what you're doing become so bothersome that you stop doing it. Can you feel that? Can you feel what I mean by that? Can you feel that? Can you feel what I mean by that?

Speaker 1:

And if we honor that bothering and we honor the leaving behind, we honor the grief of what we're leaving behind, because there is grieving, there is a little bit of grieving in this process of transformation, because you have to leave behind a self, you have to leave behind things you were doing in order to become who you want to become. And so it's okay to have a little ceremony to say goodbye and in fact I recommend it doing little rituals of release when it comes up, when you know there's a big thing, a big habit, something that's really holding you back that you're ready to let go of. It's not easy, because the conditioned self has you attaching all kinds of meaning to it. It gives you your joy, it gives you your satisfaction, it gives you pleasure, it fills your desire, it does all kinds of meaning to it. It gives you your joy, it gives you your satisfaction, it gives you pleasure, fills your desire, it's, it does all kinds of things.

Speaker 1:

So when you choose to stop doing the thing that's holding you back and you choose to step into the unknown, there's a gap there. And that's why you want to visualize and use your imagination, because it's going to make that gap a little bit easier, because a lot of the resistance to change, resistance to transformation, comes in because the mind, the ego, the thinking self can't visualize, it has no frame of reference for where you're going and what you want to do. And so when you sit and spend time in meditation and contemplation and in dream work, where you're visualizing yourself, your future self, how you want to be, what you want the outcome to be, and you spend time in that and feeling it, really being in the experience of it that when you do it in real life and you take that leap, that it's a little less scary and you can even say to your mind even you can say it to yourself as you're feeling that, oh, I don't want to do it, how about if I do it tomorrow? Why don't I start next week? Procrastination is such the thief of what you really want to do. And so if you say, oh, but this is in alignment with my vision, doing this is going to move me closer to that outcome, I see in my mind's eye, I'm doing it, I'm leaping, I'm going for it and let your fear, the bad guy in your story, become what you've conquered. You've defeated it, and you defeat it by doing something new. And then that opens up doors of new possibilities that were there. They were always there, just waiting for you to step through the door of doing something different. Through the door of doing something different Doesn't mean it's easy, and this is all very rational, very logical, and it sounds so simple? And yet it's not.

Speaker 1:

And I can tell you you know, just an example with alcohol and drinking and my own issues and struggles with binge drinking and that it began as a way to escape a pain I did not want to deal with, I didn't want to look at, and so I pushed that pain down, I pushed it away Year after year after year and at the same time, doing deep spiritual work so that that my drinking, binge drinking self and my spiritual, aligned self were two incoherent forces within me, and so those two things are creating a lot of discord and disharmony, dis-ease inside of my body, my field, my deep self, as I continued to say yes and use my will in proper use, which is to be in service of my higher self, to be in service of the divine, to reclaim myself as a divine being. The more I say yes to that, the more and more uncomfortable the drinking became, the more and more problems it created, the bigger an issue it started to be, until the last time was finally, the last time I had just had it with myself Done, but it took me a long time to get there, and so I'm really well aware that today, as I sit here today, that it's every day is a conscious choice and I never miss my practices because it's rewiring my mind, it's repatterning my mind, to be in support of my radiant heart and of my deep self, which lives and grows and births new life from the sensuous space of my womb and that's a whole other conversation for a whole other day. But these are the three operating centers of the aligned self. Is my sensuous space of my womb driving creation, driving the urge to create and manifest the supportive area of my mind which is always simply seeking to be of support of the womb? And what's interesting is you can look at that as that's the divine masculine, the mental, the divine feminine. Creation space is the womb and those two meet up in divine union within the radiant heart and from that place we express and broadcast our light and the frequency of love, and that frequency of love transforms everything around you.

Speaker 1:

We're so much more similar than we are different that if everybody opened up their heart and spoke the truth from their heart, we're all so similar, we all want the same thing, we all want love, we all want purpose, we all want freedom and joy and prosperity.
